Dear beautiful reader,
I was on this amazing 6 days AYAHUASCA RETREAT by weareavalon.love one hour north east of Barcelona in a wonderful huge location last week.
And I must admit, it was the deepest and best experience I ever had in my life. It was so fucking good, that I am still flying high and hope that I can keep my vibe that high as long as possible. Honestly I feel cleansed and reborn.
As I am so grateful for this experience, I consider it as a service to my fellow human beings to share with you my most important insights that I gained last week at the Ayahuasca Retreat:
01 Break free from Addiction:
I smoked Marijuana for almost 20 years 2-3 times a week and finally I do have the urge anymore to smoke it and get high. This feels so good and liberating.
02 Feel the Connection:
I feel a deep connection to mother earth, all plants, animals and I am infinitely grateful for my life.
03 Get rid of Depression:
As I am self employed, I sometimes had existential fears and future fears, but they are all gone. My mild depression that I sometimes had since my last breakup is also gone.
04 Help and Support each other:
I feel deeply connected as all human beings are connected.
Every human being should help each other to live his/her life to his/her fullest potential.
We are here on earth to help each other. That was a big teaching I received.
05 Meaningful Friendship:
At the weareavalon.love Ayahuasca Retreat I made new friends. Friendships with a deep connection that will last a lifetime.
06 Happening for a reason
Everything happens for a reason no matter how bad it is. Since this Aya experience, I know that there are no coincidences.
Every second is right and every moment is perfect and should be exactly as it is.
07 Money and Abundance
Money is just a tool and gives you freedom. It is important, but not as important as many people think. Making money should not be your top priority in life. Follow your passion and calling and not the money.
Better follow your heart and your intuition and not what your head is saying. All that matters is that you live your own truth and you will have plenty of money and happiness. If you find your passion and soultask, you will earn more than enough money.
Not living your own truth will make you sick and unhappy.
08 Gratitude is Champion League:
I feel so grateful. Life itself is the biggest gift we have and it is just amazing to be alive. Life is so wonderful and we are all blessed.
Be grateful, this is the foundation of everything. When you can not see the beauty and wonders around you, I highly recommend to change something in your life. We are here on beautiful mother earth to live up to our full potential. To find our soul mission and nourish our soul, body and heart. Life should be fun and living is easy. We are born to shine by living our potential and our purpose. Ayahausca also helps alot for finding your soul mission and you purpose in life. All I can say: Be brave and go on an Ayahuasca retreat yourself. It will be the best thing you have ever done!
